In the beginning...
How do you even begin to write something that accurately describes your life up until this point? Bugger, writers block, writers block!
There are certain things in life that you take for granted. At the age of 27 I really thought that I would be a lot more settled in life than I am. Although I'm not, I'm getting there. I'm sure we all are in our own way. Everything happens for a reason right? I was ill for about a year and was forced to stay indoors. I'm not completely recovered but I've now been back in the world for nearly two and a half years and am still desperately trying to make up for that year.
Here we go...
You're either good with women or you're not. That was how it used to be, doomed to a life of solitude, your cup runneth over, or somewhere inbetween. What ever the case most people settled for the girls they are with. I know all my friends have. Now days you have pickup gurus and how to attract women workshops selling you their crap. Well, it's not all crap. After having done two of these workshops with two different companies and being very disappointed with both, I realized that they can only take you so far. Even though the instructors for both companies were bored and uninterested they gave a glimpse into a world that was possible, a world that could be real. Yep, time to quote Morpheus from "The Matrix". You know the one, "the world is an illusion", "wool over your eyes", etc etc etc. Well it's true. After seeing "The Matrix", realising that it really is possible to learn how to be better with women, and actually being on the next level up oh so very briefly, inevitably you come back down and the wool comes back over your eyes again. It happened to me, it happens to most people, it'll probably happen to you. All that really matters is what comes next and how you deal with it. You need to maintain the momentum from these workshops and from your new realisations and understandings of the world.
Change has to come from you. Guess what? You unconscious mind probably doesn't want you to change, it likes you as you are and is used to you just the way you are. This means not only are you fighting the world but you're also fighting yourself. That's two against one, you are outnumbered, but you are NEVER outgunned...
